In addition to our building and electrical works, we can provide landscape gardening and outdoor site maintenance. This may be to upkeep outdoor spaces or to create a totally new outdoor environment through consultation with you, e.g. creating a sensory garden, a themed play space or serenity space. Whatever you have in mind, get in touch!  

As well as certified electrical jobs, we can provide services to undertake repairs, refurbishment and decorating. Our community works team has undertaken various jobs renovating office spaces, care facilities and nurseries as well as domestic decoration projects. We cater for jobs large and small and can bring ideas and inspiration to help improve the space you want changing.  

At Syconium CIC, we have our own minibus with space for up to 16 passengers. Our cheery driver is available to transport groups throughout the West Midlands. We have traditionally used this resource for taking children and young people to activity groups however we can also provide a general service to any groups requiring transport for larger numbers.  

Another service provided by the Community Interest Electrical Team, our community van can be used for whatever purposes you require, complete with driver and additional handyman! This service can be used to help you move house, move premises, collect large goods and general courier services for larger items.
